I am a huge SATC fan…HUGE. Love the series, have the box set, have the soundtrack and a few books. Went to the movie alone on a Wednesday at 3pm and again with girlfriends….love love love. Can’t wait for the sequel but I am scratching my head at this promo poster. What the blood clot!!?? I am all for a bit of photoshop here and there but this is ridic. No doubt Sarah Jessica-Parker looks GREAT for her age. Fantastic even….but she looks like a cartoon in this picture. Also missing are her co-stars…but I have a feeling that they will be planning to roll out similarly photoshopped images of the rest of the cast a bit at a time as we get closer to the release of the film. Can you imagine a photoshopped Stanford Blatch?? Oh Stanny!
Photoshop or not, I still love the series, love the film and will go see the sequel when it hits the theaters this spring. I am just not down with the cartoon-y image that the studio is trying to push. I mean, don’t they see that it looks like a cartoon? What do you think?

I agree with you regarding the cartoon look. Sarah does look fabulous, but the look they are conveying is a bit off And we all know they are going to of course run with Carrie first. I cannot WAIT to see what they have in store for the upcoming release. Expectations are high, so they better come correct.
I still say that Sarah Jessica Parker is superb, she’s filmed some seriously good stuff over the years.
