If you know me then you know that I LOVE action movies especially when they involve superheroes (off topic….where is the next Superman film…hello??) It is also no secret that I almost unanimously root for the underdog and if there ever was a dictionary entry of underdog actors Robert Downey, Jr.’s picture would be plastered next to it. RDJ has grown up literally before our eyes.  A super talented actor who did some amazing stuff (Less Than Zero, Chaplin) and then nearly lost everything including his sanity.  He was admittedly addicted to drugs, spent time in prison, is a convicted felon and somehow he re-emerged as a superhero? I must admit, when I heard he signed on for the first film I was like ehhhh….I dunno that sounds crazy.  But it totally works….even the attention whore in your face sponsor publicity of eating  a burger king cheese burger on camera and his larger than life stripper, party guy persona that he created for Tiny Stark have to be art imitating life a bit don’t you think??  Oh and did I mention I LOVED this movie??  Have you seen Iron Man? Better yet…have you seen THIS trailer for Iron Man 2? He is HILARIOUS but still really vulnerable/badass as Tony Stark/Iron Man. See for yourself…
