Are we really surprised about this?? Sure Tiger Woods has issues and yeah they should be private but as I stated in my previous post….privacy kinda went out the window once he started messing around with all those hoes women! Part of me is thinking, “how stupid can you be?” and the other part is telling me that he is acting out and grieving over the loss of his dad (poor excuse I know….but damn). His grief has just somehow manifested in his sleeping with all those women when he had a perfectly good one at home.
I gotta tell you, it’s kinda hard to stomach him in all these interviews I have heard over the last few days. Reporters have dug up all kinds of sound bytes of him pitching everything from golf resorts in the Carolinas to sneakers all while talking about how he is a family man blah blah blah. All the while messing with 2, 3, 5, 6, 10, 15 different women other than his wife (some of them in their home)….yuck. Oh and another thing….I guess his dad didn’t count on him being a ladies man at all otherwise he would have taught him a thing or two about how to manage his activities. Tiger, your player card has officially been revoked.
Now about the sponsorship thing. Tiger is a brand and the longer this mess stays in the forefront…the more nervous his conservative partners that have shareholders to answer to will get. Every day we wake up to some new woman “coming forward” or some type of drama. Hell, today his mother-in-law was rushed to the damn hospital from his house! Drama. I heard that they (Gatorade) had already planned to drop him anyway because his beverage wasn’t selling….but come ON…..they are announcing it now? I don’t think it’s right…I understand it and I understand that they need to protect their investments but damn. Count on others jumping ship soon too people…this certainly is not over.
